Found an old dresser for my daughter's room, sanded it down and spray painted it and most of it went well except for parts of 2 of the drawers. The paint bubbled up there and it looks pretty bad. Sanded that off when it dried and tried again and the same thing happened. Anyone have any input for me?

Stay off of Pinterest is the best input :twitcy: no but to answer your question make sure it isn't cheap paint and 2nd you'll need to use a primer.

Yeah use a high quality sealer/blocker like Zinser or B.I.N. Surprised you only had problems on a few drawers.

OK thanks. I used some paint/primer in 1 the guy at Home Depot recommended, but yeah, about a 6 inch area on 2 of the 8 drawers.
We have some Killz at home, is that something that would work as a primer or not? #newbie

You "found" a dresser in your house? Is you daughter a hoarder?

    Just messing with you. :spinny:

I've used Kilz and had good luck. Also, numerous thin coats of paint. Trying to lay down a thick coat always seems to go badly for me.
