Help: Page Load

This started happening to me on Chrome/Windows today. It doesn't drop down to the bottom of the page, but it definitely isn't the top. I have to scroll up on every new page I open.

I use Ubuntu with FireFox (typically). But I tried Chrome this morning, and this is the behavior I get with Chrome on Ubuntu.

On Chrome on mobile. Mine either loads to the bottom or the middle of a page when I go back to the previous page.

Similar with me, Safari on iPhone throws me to the UTI ad.

Well, I wonder if it has something to do with an ad...the only thing I can think of different between home (not happening) and work (happening) is that I have ad-block on home, not on work.

Yep, mine centers one of the ads on the right side of the page.
