I thought it was incredibly well done. The ridiculous violence in the last several Tarantino films was too much for me, so I was pretty meh on this when it was first announced (barring Hateful Eight, which I haven’t see - he has pretty well lost me by then). I then heard a little bit more about the premise and heard how incredible Pitt and DiCaprio were, so I went - it was awesome. I thought it was really well done. Funny. Visually great. Still had great dialogue, even if there wasn’t as much snap to it as sometimes in Tarantino stuff. There was still crazy violence, but not Django-level - I could handle it. I think Pitt and DiCaprio will both get nominated for it. As someone who hates feet, the knobby, dirty 60s hippie feet were a lot!
