Welcome to another weekly edition of On That Note. Hosted by one of the following: @cyclones500, @CycloneRulzzz or myself.

Keeping with the timeliness line of thinking we've used for several of the last posts, I've decided to go with a springtime planting season theme.

Posts MUST contain one or more of the following words or word forms in the song title, lyrics or artist name. Plurals are allowed.

Farm(s) or Farming
Field(s)
Garden(s) or Gardening
Plow(s) or Plowing

Do NOT include songs with Field used in the sporting sense, only the agricultural sense. (We did a previous OTN "Take Me Out to the Ballgame" in Sept. 4, 2019 that included that usage.)

Last week we explored songs about May Day and can be found here:

*****

My first 5:

"Yasgur's Farm" "Got to get back to the Garden"

"I'm going back to my plow." and "I should have stayed on the farm."

You can tell my arms go back to the farm

Plowing these fields in the hot summer sun
She's even kinda crazy 'bout my farmers tan
She wants a little farm and a yard full of kids

I'm the son of a 3rd generation farmer
I've been married 10 years to the farmer's daughter
Hoggin' up the road on my p-p-p-p-plower

Every little farm town with you

She said she was fresh from the farm
