Saw this in a parking lot in Ankeny this morning. Who lost the bet and what was it for?
Ouch. Nothing will top HAWKSTD though
I just threw up in my mouth.
What about @YeahBuddy and his Clones plates?
"DMBFANS" was close
I did all of my Christmas shopping Wednesday in the wind. Saw a silver Caravan with Carroll County plates in Ankeny and waved at the guy driving in case it was you Twins.
Just a hunch: Guessing spousal in a 'house divided.'
Bet on the basketball game last year
I didn't think he left CC to tell ya the truth.
It is pretty hard to Christmas shop in Carroll!
How long does this plate have to grace the car? I'm hoping there is a time limit.
I shake my head when I see it.
Think Hawk STD works for the City of Des Moines. I see him parked in the city lot down by city hall all the time. First tim I saw it I was behind him and almost rear ended him trying to take a pic. Thank god, wouldn't have wanted to catch it.
GOO! I thought the hock poster in my office was bad.
I have seen him four different times on Highway 5, usually when I have to take one of the kids to the ortho. The first time, one of the kids saw it and they were laughing before I saw it.
FB friend of mine (and diehard ISU fan/graduate) used to have that plate on his pickup, maybe got a new vehicle. Story was he lost a bet on who would win the 2016 ISU-Iowa football game and had to keep it until the 2017 game. Looks like they may have renewed the bet and he unfortunately lost yet again...
Saw this in Cedar Rapids last fall. I guess it could mean a lot of things in Iowa City.
Pretty sure he works at the Division of Labor. Saw it parked there all the time when I lived in an apartment near there in the East Village.
