We changed defense mid-game against Texas years ago to much success. Apparently hard pass on making any changes at all on offense though - ever - for ….? reason?

Hate to bring up Iowa, but there's the difference, and it's all luck. We get a strip sack and the ball bounces right back to their QB. The Hawks do it and the wind that wasn't there, gusts all of a sudden and blows the ball 15 yards down the field, the opposing RB tries to scoop it but kicks it instead and the Hawks pick it up for a TD.
