Nice play by the defender but Burkle has to know you are going to get hit and can’t try to switch hands. At least that’s what it sort of looked like.

I think he was getting ready to stick the ball out to get the first down. Which is unfortunate because I think he already would have had the first down (or it would have been 4th and inches)
