I'm done watching this. Once again a team gives up a lot to move up on a project QB only this time it was my team.

So happy the Chiefs took the chance on him. Andy Reid can let him sit behind Alex and groom him. Don't care about this stats again to ISU, dude can sling it. Took 34 years in between 1st round qbs. About damn time.

Chiefs making teams that actually need a QB panic? Houston up while Cleveland acquires another first round pick for next year.

I sort of understand Chicago and definitely understand Houston trading up but I still don't understand why KC traded up.

Pretty simple, they have seen everything Alex can do. No free agent qbs to get. No huge glaring needs this year and they have 10 picks. This is the year to make the move. I like Alex Smith but you are not going to win a super bowl with him.

If nothing else, tonight's picks of Fournette and McCaffery in the top 10, should put to bed the notion that skipping a bowl game is detrimental to draft status. There was all kinds of hand wringing about how teams would question their dedication. Teams don't care, it seems.

It just looks bad.
