K-State got called with a technical foul because one of their players hung on the rim after a dunk during warm ups. A lot of people ripping on the refs, but it was the K-State player that was the dumb***.

He didn't hang on the rim, he just dunked during a layup drill which apparently isn't allowed. Stupid rule.

On another note Jim Nantz finally just corrected himself about who won big 12 newcomer of the year.

I don't disagree that it's a stupid rule. But even the stupid rules need to be followed or your team faces the consequences.

Yeah if it is a rule they should be aware of it no matter how stupid it is. The guy who did it is a walk on and it was a pretty weak dunk. Kind of Dingleberry-esque.

So they judge teams like Iowa and OK State on potential and then say we are over seeded why? The only thing that guy said that I agree with is that Scott Drew isn't a very good coach.
