My hopes of him landing in Dallas are pretty much gone now since they signed Cobb.
Bump. This should be a bigger deal, but basketball & "no collusion" are obviously stealing the headlines today.
The supposed 1st RB pick Josh Jacobs ran a 4.60-4.61. This should help David a lot in the RB1 category.

Arrogant? Sure. Inaccurate? Nope. That's the kind of confidence you need to exude if you want scouts to take you seriously as a first rounder. I'm gonna party so hard if he gets called day 1.
Metcalf obviously had an insane combine, but I have been reading that a lot of scouts like Butler as the #1 WR because he had better production than Metcalf. He could go as early as #7 to Jacksonville. Most mock drafts have him going 1st round now.
Was Montgomery's 40 timed electronically? If it was just hand held, I wouldn't put much value in it.
Hate to give this nonsense clicks but this Chris Simms clip is quite possibly the worst Montgomery take I have seen yet. This just goes to show that a lot of these "experts" don't actually watch these players as much as they would like you to believe.

His explaining away of how his number 1 RB had the same 40 time as David but somehow is significantly faster made no sense and his concerns about the "way the body looks" and the "quality of the body"... cringe.

Chris Simms is dumber than a bag of hammers so I wouldn't worry too much about it.
Obviously the numbers matter for scouting and all but DM's just someone who you see the best out of when he puts on the pads.
It came out Peavy played the entire year with a torn pectoral muscle. Tough SOB
