A Cy's LockerRoom as part of the facade would be nice too. Mr. Pollard, are you paying attention?

Hopefully the restaurant is opened year round. If it's something for those who aren't big donors, is reasonably priced, and has decent service it will be successful.

I don't know if this will lose me privs, but I created a rough image from my memory using Paint. So if you are too anxious to wait for the real plans, maybe this will help.

I don't see how a divided upper deck in the SEZ will get the stadium capacity over 60 grand. Looks great, but I don't see how this design reaches 60,000. From what I've learned from past plans, that design, I estimate, would put capacity between 56,500 and 58,500.

A year-round restaurant would be almost guaranteed failure unless it was franchised and even then will still probably fail. Most businesses fail. A business relying on an incredibly small market which is in the middle of nowhere in regards to Ames is almost guaranteed to fail.

You might want to examine the upper deck more closely. Those solid red areas - they don't currently exist. Those solid red upper deck areas are about the same size as the original concept, except one upper deck centered in the SEZ, it's extensions of the existing upper deck. And the original concept was in excess of 60,000 seats.

I physically counted all the seats in the picture and I got 61,500.

Boom.

Logic.

Nobody is taking into account how many will fit in the new hot tub section, either.
