I am really pumped about our D-line in 2019! All 39 starts return on a D-line that gave up only 2.35 yards per rushing play (3rd in Big 12, 32nd in the nation). Check out this preview:

I am also really excited about seeing what our LB can do this year. Hummel, Rose, Spears and Vance all got a massive amount of snaps last year. Playing behind this line should give them all lots of opportunities for big numbers. But I need to see them and the D-Line consistently lock down opposing rushing attacks. The Achilles heal with our rush defense was when a starter was out on the D-line.

I am intrigued by the possibility of moving Will MacDonald to LB. From the few games he played last year, he looks like a legit playmaker and getting him in space behind this DL and with the other quality LBs on the team could really be exciting.

I guess if you're looking for any positive, I think guys like Tyrese and Conditt will be good leaders next year and beyond.
If someone could go ahead and set their schedules to rotate between class, the weight room, and a buffet that'd be great.

Conditt is getting mugged by Culver. Displaced every time, pushed down, and can't touch anyone. He's putting in good minutes, as usual

This team has ability but they are completely checked out. You can see it on their faces. They just want it over. They are selling me on that idea right now. Embarrassed for them.

Have we had five straight years of crap teams with no tournament appearances?

McDermott inherited an empty program and sucked.

Prohm inherited a solid program and has disappointed.

God i hope we don't have to wait until things are as bad as mcdermott before people would decide whether things are working or not.

When you are down, every possession needs to be treated like you have to score. Why the **** are they taking wild 3 point off balance shots early in the shot clock

You sound exactly like everyone who defended McDermott to the bitter end.

I'm not defending Prohm. I've been critical of things he's done over time, and this team has looked awful from all over the place for the past 4 weeks save for crazy shooting at KSU. There's been chance after chance for them to redeem things and it's just not going to happen.

This is a **** show and I'll be curious to see what happens going forward after the season.

We don’t have a single guard who can defend worth a ****. Maybe Tyrese.
