I could not feel more different about today's game vs last week's game. Last week I was so confident we were going to win and we layed an egg. This week I feel nothing but doom. Hopefully that means good things and clones roll. God waiting all day for this game sucks balls.

What makes last week worse is watching TT shut down KU on offense on the first drive, then exploiting their bad defense and driving down the field and scoring

I don't feel doom but coming out and flatlining last week after being pretty so-so at Baylor doesn't give a lot of confidence.

Correct......CANNOT leave it to a game at KSU to get a bowl bid (but dang, id love to beat them at KSU....while we've exercised some for the demons ala Mike Rose and such, would love to go there and just pound them)

I think the odds of beating the whorns in Ames are a lot better than beating ksu at their place.

You do not! Fully caffeinated beverages have been available for a few years. In fact, the CougarClub gave us a free refillable cup good for the season this year. Coke Zero has been my standby thus far, but not sure about tonight with temps in the 30's.

Campbell said he was on the practice field and expects he will. Then said he won't push it though. He needs to be 100% so he doesn't lose more time. So he won't play.

Same. I might not have been 'extremely' confident that we would beat KU. I did think we would play better and win. Going back to the more conservative, slow, labored game plan in the KU first half was perplexing, especially against Kansas who is very innovative with the play calling. It was kind of like, when will we ever learn?

It would be great to atleast win one more game and go to a Bowl game. After the KU game, and that we are playing BYU at night, their history of rarely losing at home at night, I don't feel confident in this one either. We beat this team at home, pretty sure.

We'll see on this one. Go Cyclones!

LOL, I feel the opposite.

KU, on paper was slightly better than us, with more experience and better lines on both sides. While some of the dynamics of this game are daunting: the travel, elevation, and time/time zone change, BYU isn't a very good team. I think we are a much better team than them.

The wild card (potentially) is playing at elevation, something we have very little experience with over the past several years (and nothing consistent since Colorado left). If we lose it will likely be from a lack of physical adjustments to the conditions. With that said I will be very surprised if we lose this team. They are terrible.
