LW gets thrown back into the starting lineup and it's the spark that we need. 72-68 Clones.
Good prediction.
We'll see if Prohm feels it is time to make the transition, Wigginton will be starting at some point and after 2 losses it may be time.
Etarting Lindell could make him more comfortable playing the role he has had his entire life even if endu up as the same number of minutes. LW may be pressing a bit coming off the bench forcing his role to make his mark on the game right away (getting more minutes) instead of letting the game come to him.
I will also be watching Lards status, his energy of the bench, altering shots and hustle for lose balls can really help the second unit in what is shaping up to be a nip tuck type game in Lubbock. (Conditt beginning to emerge helps fill that role but having 2 of those bigs is an advantage).
I'm also looking for Talen's break out game too, vs KSU he looked to be settling into B12 play especially the last 5 minutes. THT's ability to get to the rim and dish vs a tough TT D could be critical to stop any scoring droughts.
I actually feel better about this game then the BU/KSU games due Prohm's comments Monday and being an 8PM tip vs a top 10 team vs weird 6PM/11AM tips times. Plus there is some pressure off the team considering they aren't favored. Not predicting a win rather a close game that comes down to the end.
Go State!
