Just got this from the UNLV ticket coordinator.

  • We are still moving forward with our first plan of 100% capacity for the upcoming football season. For UNLV games at Allegiant Stadium, 100% capacity is roughly 27,000 fans.
  • Group and single game tickets will not go on sale for any UNLV football until at least mid-July.
Guess I don't understand the ticket process. How are TicketCity, SeatGeek and these others selling tickets already? There were tickets in section 136 (UNLV side) for $300 or $780 for two after handling charges. Hope that I can get tickets cheaper that that!? (I have a cousin in LV so don't need lodging and I'm within driving distance, so package doesn't make sense for me)

Sit down for Pai Gow as well. Very fun/non-intimidating game where you can learn on the spot, play only against the dealer(you can’t hurt anyone at the table with your decision), and have the opportunity to push.

It’s a great time killer with friends or a place to meet one ones.
Agree with this. Plus, if you are ever confused, you can simply have the dealer set your hands for you or they will tell you how the house would play the hand.

I can’t remember if this has been covered yet or not, but I called the unlv ticket office today and they said tickets for our game won’t go on sale until two weeks or so before their first game of the year. So really start checking in around then. Also if you haven’t booked a room yet, I’d seriously consider it.....I read online the strip is 46% booked that weekend already.

Based off the leaks of the NFL Schedule it appears the Raiders will NOT be playing at home that next day. Reports have them playing at Pittsburgh on Sept. 19.

Is it smart to just buy UNLV season tickets? Low corners for $125 right now. I assume selling the other games won’t net much.

I got the call today for group tickets!! Seems that UNLV pretty much sold most of the lower bowl seats for season tickets from what I was told. She made it sound like most of the Iowa State people will be in the upper bowl. My tickets with fees are $121/each. For rows 3,4, and 5. I was second on the list for group tickets. The UNLV gal I worked with told me she had 200 tickets available today. I never really had time to confer with others in our group so I pulled the trigger on 50 of them. I have no idea how many will be available. She said everything just came down this afternoon.

Should just buy season tickets at that price. (If still available)...

Also great that the upper bowl is open for everyone that said it was going to be closed and WOULD NOT OPEN.

But there won't be an upper bowl... Unless they're just lying on all their documentation on their website.
