I hope this is Prohm recognizing that his teams typically have weaknesses in the post and now he is going to push hard for stud post players.Prohm is big target hunting early for 2021.

"Efton Reid could be arguably the most underrated players within the Top-30 in the 2021 class. The 7-footer from Virginia plays for the Steward school and has no shortage of suitors pursuing him.
“Right now the schools that are on me are Virginia, Georgetown, Miami, Ohio State, Louisville, Maryland, Ole Miss, NC State, Iowa State, Wake Forest,” Reid said."

I think this is him realizing that kid he brings in the kind of grad transfers that will save his Job they will be gone and he will need studs to sustain it.I hope this is Prohm recognizing that his teams typically have weaknesses in the post and now he is going to push hard for stud post players.
Definitely sounds like this guy is going to make a big jump in the rankings."
Isaiah Barnes is one of the more underrated wings in the 2021 class. The three-star wing in my eyes could potentially be in place for another additional star as he’s drawn himself a national recruitment including several new offers. Standing at 6-foot-7, Barnes has great size and his ability to drive to the rim and score the ball at will separates him from others when on the floor. Also. with length, he brings a defensive presence.
Iowa, Kansas, Maryland and TCU are the newest offers from Barnes who says “Creighton, Illinois, Gonzaga, Iowa State and Michigan are among the schools that been recruiting pretty hard lately.”

CyberThat team with Big Vic was one of the best starting fives, but no bench. Big V had the softest hands to catch any pass or shoot the pull up 15 footer, but his elbow hook to spin on the post defender drove opposing coaches fits as it was seldom called.
During football season one year I went to a scrimmage at Hilton and Danny Manning was there. We went over an talked to him and he was really gracious. Amazing that he never won a game in Hilton!
One of my great memories was a night in grad school playing Missouri when Norm Stewart was still coach. He was trying to intimidate the officials, when a Latino referee walked away. Norm yelled at him, "Hey, taco bell, I'm not done with you!" Amazingly he didn't get a T. We (maybe we had a bit of antifreeze before the game) yelled back, "Hey Norm, no racial slurs. This is Iowa, the education state!" (Anthony Peelers family, I believe an Aunt and Uncle were two rows in front of us) Norm turned around with furrowed brow and looked at us, then winked! He was in complete control. Then he turned back and started yelling at the ref again.
Norm complained about everything! Dude scared me. He had the heaviest furrowed brow and was a big guy!
"6-foot-10, Edwards has grown two inches since the summer and has seen his game and production steadily improve in the meantime. His travel coach, Curtis Wheeler, had high praise for his emerging big man. “He rebounds the ball, can make 3s, and is starting to figure out where he’s more effective on the offensive end,” he said. “He’s making the transition from prospect to player.”
He holds offers from Clemson, College of Charleston, Presbyterian, Texas A&M, VCU, Virginia Tech and Xavier.
Arkansas, Auburn, Charlotte, Florida State, Georgia Tech, Iowa State, NC State, and South Carolina have also shown varying degrees of interest."
