New York?

Buffalo, Cuse, St Johns for sure, has to be some smaller university/universities in there on top of those 3.

Indiana? I feel like that was the answer to this question at some point in history. I have paid very little attention to what teams got in this year though.

Here's another fun little game.

Quick, without looking at the brackets, which state has the most teams in the tournament (including play-in teams)?

I'll give you the answer tomorrow (as if one of you bozo's won't have already given away the answer).

P.S. I have no bad-ass t-shirt to give you. I'm not a big baller like @ChrisMWilliams.
Virginia..haven’t looked at the rest of the comments yet

And the winning states are:

Virginia (VCU, Liberty, Va Tech, UVa, Old Dominion)
Texas (Prairie View, Baylor, TTU, Houston, Abilene Christian). UT would have put them on top.
New York (Syracuse, Buffalo, St. Johns, Colgate, Iona)

North Carolina and Kentucky "only" have 4.

Tennessee often scores high in this game, but they have only 2 this year.

23 teams come from 5 states this year.
