In general the European players are doing terrible in this event which is somewhat odd because the place is definitely not bomb and gouge.

The shortest hitter in the field is leading so irons and putting are doing the job.

That's an early tee-time (West Coast) for the featured group. I think I saw Tiger-Rory-JThom set for 11 EST.
I probably should have said featured group coverage is starting but they won't be teeing off until 10:33 CST. I'm still going to have it on because it's the first major of the year!

Looks to be chilly there. Tiger birdies one (as did JT and Rory) but looks to be walking a bit gingerly and slow.

Tony Finua has 1 career win and it’s the PR Open, which is basically a KFT event. Dude isn’t winning

He's been hot - meaning, he can be the leader for early rounds. But he does wilt on the final 2 days - I consider this my "Dark Horse" pick.
