This will be interesting. Unfortunately I would say we aren't in the picture, after getting Kempt back and signing Purdy late.

TCU, Texas could use upgrades/competition at QB. FL, LSU as mentioned above always seem to be lacking in that area.

Looks like Florida is rumored to be a likely destination. Herman is listed on his 247 high school profile as his lead recruiter at Ohio State. So may be a connection there he'd take advantage of.

I see him and Alex Golesh recently followed each other on twitter.

If he’s leaving OSU for more playing time, i doubt ISU is an option but if he’s fine serving as a mentor in the QB room and a capable backup playing his last year of CFB with his little brother, than i think ISU would love to have him.
