It sucks losing to Baylor and K-State earlier this season, but it seems that the hard lessons learned in those games are paying off now.

It sucks, but all the other contenders have losses that hurt them too. KSU lost at home to Texas, Baylor at home to Kansas, Tech at home to Iowa State, and Kansas is struggling to win anything on the road.

We got great production out of the 5 spot - both Jacobson and Lard made some huge plays. MJ even had a big block and his rebounding was huge. That Shayok-to-Lard thing was art.

We need one of those combined names for our two-headed center position. JaLard? Cammike? CamJake?Lardobson? None of those rolls off the tongue like "Bennifer."

That’s one of the worst road crowds I can remember in awhile.

I've seen a few of OU's recent games and while they aren't incredibly skilled, they were visibly playing much harder tonight. They are at that point where their season is on the line every game.

The ranking puts a target on our back for teams like OU and TCU that have a bubble situation brewing.

Yeah, for a couple games there they just looked defeated and deflated. They definitely picked it up tonight. So happy to get that win in the books!
