Really need a guard other than brockington to be a reliable scorer. If that happens then we will be tough to beat

Well I think Baylor should be a bit worried that an ice cold team was so close. On another note I hate Baylor so much
Ive seen Purdue play several long stretches worse than any stretch ISU has played and they seem guaranteed a 1 seed and top four ranking.
I see no reason ISU can’t be a 2, 3, or 4 seed.
Really proud of our guys tonight. We proved that we truly belong. Gotta take care of business the next one and snag one or two in the next three games of the gauntlet!

We’re a number 11 caliber team, but not top 10.
He’s on a team with basically 8 star players and his usage rate is low, he’d be scoring like mad on lots of teams from what I saw today.
One of the first times in a really long time that I don't really feel that bad about a loss. Of course a win would have been preferable, but even in a loss that was one hell of a game they played today.
Wish we could have pulled it off but we just proved we are legit. We were one of what should have been the last two unbeaten teams if USC and CSU were playing. Baylor played really well and is really good and we still almost knocked them off. If we would have won we should have been #1. As it stands we should stay right around that top ten mark.
Meanwhile, the Iowa Hawkeyes just lost their bowl game.
The back to back missed 3's hurt his confidence early, but he still made solid effort, hustled his ass off and won a few possessions on the defensive end.
Not sure what we can gain from tearing him down. My biggest complaint is I'd wish he would've shot a few more 3's. We need him.
