Antigo police were called into action when a family member reported that Noskowiak had become “angry and verbally” abusive as the pair rolled down Highway 45. The woman told police that as the altercation escalated she increased her vehicle’s speed between 85 and 95 miles per hour in an attempt to reach a destination where she could call for help.

According to court documents, Noskowiak, who was a passenger, ripped the windshield wiper and turn signal levers off the steering wheel and threw those, as well as a broken console out the window. He also allegedly opened the door while the car was speeding down the highway and tried to kick the door off, all while not wearing a seat belt.

She was able to seek refuge at a north side business and call for help.

~didn't realize a family member had to call the police to escape from his meltdown. very sad.

Recruiting over a top 100 kid that nobody has seen play, and hasn't even played a Division 1 game yet?

Not buying it.

Prohm wasn't here when he committed. Offers tell more than a recruiting websites rankings. And you must not follow recruiting if you don't think we were already after a lot of PG's HS and Juco.

It was very clear that Prohm wanted a juco and a HS PG well before the news of his legal problems broke.

You have to keep in mind that Prohm and his staff had seen Nick play all summer

Here nor there
Perhaps recruiting over is not the right term, but NN was not the type of recruit that keeps you from going after pgs. Similar to Custer IMO. Until he was proven you keep bringing in competition for that position.

Yikes. Sounds like some serious rage issues. What even makes someone do that? Hope the kid gets some help.

Also -- those arguing about UWash....have you ever been there? It's seriously gorgeous. Great location, beautiful campus, everything around it is a post card. I love ISU but Ames and the ISU campus fails the immediate eye test. UWash will get recruits that care about those kind of things. ISU will get recruits who are serious about facilities, coaching, and basketball.

Prohm has to prepare as if Morris is leaving after this season and be pleasantly surprised if he doesn't. He wasn't recruiting OVER NN, he was recruiting in addition to him. You can't have one freshman PG on your roster and that's it. It's a recipe for disaster.

Or Prohm is just good with PG's and knows what talent/skill set he likes and NN wasn't it.

Seemed like Nick was going to be more of a combo guard any way. Nick had a lot of natural ability but tapping into the potential was going to be the issue. Which we found out why first hand this summer.

And all of you comparing him to Custer are probably the same ones who were talking Nick up when we signed him and when we played well at Cap City. It's not really fair to Nick or Clayton to assume that neither would amount to much when their basketball career is still very young. But I guess I shouldn't expect any different from some of you "fans".

Sounds like an idiot. Who steals $400 and thinks that will just blow over? Not to mention his highway tizzy fit.

In today's game you bring in competition at every position no matter how proven the returning players are. Transfers dictate this now. If you aren't doing this you won't build a program.

This seems like an insignificant detail. Was he changing lanes without signaling, too?

Guys and gals lets just stop the bashing and move on! He did some big mistakes and have and will pay the price for them. So let's focus on the upcoming year and the other recruits ISU is looking at!
