That game was awesome! ISU beat a really good team. #21 Hooker for Texas was amazing. The first time she served, she hit a high-flying jump serve for an ace. The entire Hilton sounded off with a "wwoooooooowww...."

Also, I watched quite a bit of the UNL-Texas volleyball match on TV last weekend. UNL played close, but lost 3-0. If that same UNL team is here Saturday, we're already way ahead of them.

That was nothing... you should've seen her when she played. :wink:

She used to bounce around, jump up and down (alot like Caitlin Mahoney) like a crazed woman. We used to tease her to settle down - thought for sure she was going to snap an ankle some time.

Got to talk to Joe last night for a quick moment. All coach speak, so TFWIW. But he reassured us how happy he and CJ are in Ames. Said something to the effect that it's a "perfect situation".

Made me feel pretty good, I have to admit.
