Just go with what Jeremy suggests.

Gees

"Gees"?

There has been one post edited and one deleted on this thread that you probably don't know about.

FYI, an agreement that has no financial or legal backing is a courtesy.

These threads always end in childish jibberish.

It's not cool to take premium info and post it on another site. I know of a few that have done so and had their premium access revoked without refund.

I would hope anyone that does this in the future would face the same repercussions.

It boils down to respect. For CF/Jeremy to not post it here and for the site you're getting the premium info from. And...respect for those that police this site - while they are thwarting these issues - it's impossible to catch and be aware of all of them.

I agree people shouldn't post "premium" info, but me personally I don't believe finding out what high school or juco kid committed to what school is "premium" information that should be paid to know...

That's well and good...I don't disagree with that point.

However, I don't care what the info is - if it's coming from a premium source - someone that subscribes to that source should not be spreading it to non-premium sites. Period.

Too much whining. If you want to know who has verbally committed before anyone else, pay the $10 a month.

I'd much rather save the $10 and wait. I don't get into recruiting much though, so that's easy for me to say.

No way, it is much cooler to start threads on non-premium boards and say "I know something you don't know....."

Three things I'm wanting for the remaining recruits:

1) 3 stars or at least interest from good teams

2) DT, LB, WR, RB

3) A decommit

Three things to avoid:

1) Juco or marginal grades

2) Low rated "sleepers" to fill the class

3) Hawkeye-type gangsters

Hey guys - sorry for the delayed response, was trying to get some stuff done offline.

It boils down to this - I respect the work Paul does and that it's his career. I also understand that posting stuff on here isn't illegal. When you put those things together, the result is that I ask people to leave the "premium" content off of CycloneFanatic and ask the moderators to enforce that request if and when possible. I'm not in any agreement with anybody on anything, it's just a personal courtesy I like to pass along to a Cyclone that works hard providing other Cyclones a service, just as we do here.

These threads are entertaining at times but it seems they end with the same bickering. We're all Cyclones and we all like different types of information and and get that information from different places. If you get your information from CycloneReport as a premium subscriber, please do not post it here - it's not cool and you diminish the product you pay for. If you get that information from other sources, feel free to post it. It's not a law and it's nothing that we can overly enforce, it is however something I personally ask of the members and moderators of CycloneFanatic as fellow Cyclones.

Thank you.

If I used the word ""agreement" in the wrong context, my error. I was basically trying to articullate your lack of any disagreements.

The problem is that people with the premium info start threads saying that we have a new recruit and just leave it at that until it is made public. All this does is start arguements and speculation. If we really want premium info sharing to stop we should stop having threads coming out saying we have a new recruit 2 days before it is announced. I see the cons of doing this but it's the only way to truely stop it.

EDIT: also I hate threads like this that are 4 pages of nonsense ended by one person saying who it is.

That would probably give it away. Not a premium subscriber but I would say it might be David Bedford or
Anthony Lewis. Bedford is the #9 JC prospect and is a pass rushing DE. Lewis is a middle linebacker with 4.5 speed. Easy to get excited about each.
