I just removed the forced rules agreement, I just wanted to make sure it was working. It'll be used more as an important announcement feature going forward if we have rule changes, etc.

Dang... Since I wasn't on earlier I didn't have the pleasure of filling it out. I just now read the post about you turning it off. I thought I was just above the law not seeing it.
