New "Dry" bar in Davenport

Loud music, annoying people and close proximity without alcohol sounds like my own personal hell.

I've got a feeling that people aren't going to be a problem.

I like playing darts at bars...but I'm also constantly aware of how a bar is probably the worst place for people to play darts.

It's not Tommy's, it's Ross's. At least that was the case before the new I-74 bridge they're building forced them out of their traditional downtown Bettendorf location and out onto the 53rd Ave corridor (the last place I would ever want to eat at a place like Ross's). And I can't imagine anyone from the QC ever going to a place that doesn't serve alcohol after eating at a place like Ross's.
