A few tickets above $50.
no wonder they're so worried about being dropped from the BCS ranks..
Wow. At prices like that, I might be able to drive down to Texas, go to the game, and stay the night, all for what it would cost me to get only the ticket to a game at one of the oklahoma schools.
Wow, at those prices I'm thinking I could sit on the bench next to the players for about $30.
You think they would run some specials giving us flight discounts just to fill their stadium?
At ticket prices like that, a road trip is a possibility.
What a joke. How can that athletic department be making any money during the game. Concessions/ Merchandise must be through the roof.
It's Baylor. They make money from donations not actual fans in the stands.
That was my first thought too.
wouldn't cost that much to buy a whole section at prices like that.. what a joke
You can sit on the 50, section Q, for $5 or in the corner, section A, for $11. Makes sense. :spinny:
They probably dont from the ISU game. They make their money off of Texas teams coming to town id guess. Games w\o texas teams they often struggle to have 30k attendance. If we were several hundred miles closer to the texas schools, we'd easily average 10k more fans\game in visitors.
Stephen F Austin tickets start at $1
Rice tickets start at $2
Missouri - $15
OU - $40
Texas - $40
Good god. And some people thought Baylor should get a shot in the BE before we did?
They live on TV money.
So we need a CF baylor road trip.
50-yard line aisle seats for $1.49 a ticket to this game!
And like.. $12 in shipping, haha.
No kidding. Even if you get them electronically delivered, Stubhub still charges $4.95 for the e-mail transfer.
Obviously they spend at least 0.00002 cents on each search. Surely you don't think that kind of profit is obscene given their costs?
