mozy.com backup question

Has anyone ever used this? I'm needing more space to take personal items off my work computer. I've been using box.net but I'm almost out of space over there and don't really want to pay for space.

Any help or other sites would be helpful.

How does it work though? I see that we get 2G for free, which should be enough for me.

I downloaded the software and once I transfer my files, can I delete them from my computer, as that is my ultimate goal is to free up space.
