It won't be going premium only. Profitability is something they've wrestled with for years. Very hard to make money on a free site, very hard to make money on a pay site as well. Hopefully this two layered hybrid approach works and they can earn enough to reward them for their efforts.

I haven't, but I was hired in this market after my company interviewed only me, and they got stuck with me. I personally know the quality of people you can get stuck with if you don't explore your options haha!
