id say yes to texas and florida cheating at times.. if your a major player with money and you are not cheating in basketball or football you are crazy in todays world.. the penalties are weak, and nothing happens... you make millions, and watch as everyone praises you for years, then leave, or retire with nothing ever leaking that hurts... whats the worst thing that has happened of late? Memphis getting some banners removed? wow! no one cares... the only people that get punished are the current players at usc that had nothing to do with it... thats humerous... so sorry new kids we know you werent even here when reggie bush played but you no longer can play in a bowl game and o yeah you lose your coach cause he will just take a different job that pays more.
