Troy Trojans (How original)- Nebraska. Blowout or shutout?
Suggested retail price for residential purchase is $29.95 for the 6:00 PM CT kickoff from Memorial Stadium in Lincoln. A list of cable and satellite providers that have agreed to offer the pay-per-view telecast is below. Additional providers may be announced later this week. Further details will be posted on Huskers.com and FOXSports.com (search: Midwest) as they become available. The game is being televised on pay-per-view because it was not selected for over-the-air broadcast or cable television coverage. Under Conference TV rules, games not picked up for regular television distribution can only be televised live on pay-per-view if during a Conference TV window.

Hold on. Not so fast if you think blowout.
TROY
The offense is much better than last time they visited Lincoln.
Their qb is fastest player at 4.43 40. They bomb the ball downfield,.
The weather may be a factor.
Trojan Banks Earns Sun Belt Honor: Senior receiver Gary Banks became the first Trojan for the 2006 season to be named Sun Belt Conference Offensive Player of the Week for his effort in the game at Georgia Tech. The Melvin, Ala., native had eight receptions for 104 yards, both career highs, against the Yellow Jackets and scored his fourth touchdown of the season. Banks is the first Trojans to win league Offensive Player of the Week since Kenny Cattouse won the award last October for his effort against North Texas.
lTrojan Condren Gives Trojans Back-To-Back POW: Senior safety Brannon Condren followed Ryan Babb’s Sun Belt Defensive Player of the Week award with one of his own. Condren recorded a career-high 13 tackles (12 solo), including two for loss, in Troy’s game at Georgia Tech. The Pensacola native had eight tackles by halftime, which was as many as any other player had in the entire game.

NEBRASKA
Hamstrung stud Linebacker Steve MachineGun Octavian is out and mononucleosis has sidelined Kurt Mann the big center again.
The fourth and only good linebacker left is backing up all the other three linebackers.
No nickel package available due to lack of talent. Up to the front four on defense.
Kenny Wilson 6'0 220 lots of speed and power (remember the uTube RUN) is best running back, but he can fumble. Expect running against the smaller but quite fast team again.
First 15 plays are scripted to test the opponents defense. May not help..
Brent Byford the replacement NE center was offensive player of the week at USC. Huh?

The Good Fight:
Yellow Jackets Sink Troy with Fourth-Quarter Surge
Georgia Tech scored three straight fourth-quarter touchdowns to break a 14-14 tie and stave off the Trojans, 35-20, Saturday afternoon at Bobby Dodd Stadium.

Troy Turns Attention Toward Jackets
The disappointment of last Saturday night’s 24-17 loss at Florida State must be quickly forgotten as the Trojans continue their march through September this weekend with a date against another ACC foe, Georgia Tech.

Game One - 38-0 over Alabama State.
