It also sounds like the staff likes Eaton and he has a chance to make the practice roster.

I watched Tampa's game the other night and Tampa was behind and throwing on every down. The Tampa QB didn't even look in Eaton's direction until one of the last plays of the game where Eaton was able to draw a pass interference on the defender in the endzone.

Good for Eaton. It is crazy that with Marchie Murdock playing for the Cowboys last pre-season, we've had 4 WR's in the past two years flirting with getting roster spots.

I almost feel a little bad for guys like Eaton. He was a damn good receiver, but was overshadowed by the best receiver ever at ISU. Hope this works out well for him.

That could continue with Deshaunte and maybe Pettway in 2020, and there are a handful of talented guys in years beyond that even that could possibly make the NFL.
