I wouldn't be so sure about that. The recently failed Hooters Casino project in Las Vegas can't be good for his financial situation. Restaurants in general are also dealing with tough times due to economic conditions.

His casino just needed a little more support and enhancements...let's face it, he had too much competition in Vegas.
