Based in your fridge, I'd like to see the closet.
Sorry that the fridge pics didn't turn out better. Pulled out the bigger things I'm cellaring.
Pic 1:
Odell 180 Shilling - Released this week. Already sold out at the brewery. Double version of their flagship 80 Shilling Wee Heavy to celebrate 25 years in business.
Crooked Stave Batch 100
Dogfish Head Raison D'Etre - Dogfish Head no longer bottles this beer. It's still available on tap at the brewery. I have a few more bottles in the closet.
Avery Rumpkin 2013 - 2014 is released tomorrow at the brewery. 2013 was the first year that they brewed this beer. The one I drank last October tasted like it needed to be aged to mellow out the barrel flavor. I'm excited to see how it matured.
Avery 5 Monks - This barrel aged quad was amazing upon release, but will age very well.
Avery Pump[KY]n - New Avery annual release. Release was last Sunday at the brewery. I picked up a six pack.
The Clock of Martin - Belgian Quad weighing in at 13% ABV. Getting close to turning two years old.
Ommegang Chocolate Indulgence - I love Ommegang & I love chocolate stouts. Only 7% ABV, so I should drink soon.
Pic 2:
Odell Woodcut 4 - Aged since 2012.
Odell Woodcut 5 - Aged since 2013
Equinox Midwinter Warmer - 2013 Barleywine (Never drink a barley wine fresh. Always age for a few years.)
Equinox Midwinter Warmer - 2012
St. Arnold Bishop's Barrel 5 - Wee Heavy weighing in at 12% ABV
Lefthand Widdershins Oak Aged Barleywine - 2013 release
Boulevard Chocolate Ale - 2014 Batch
Pic 3:
Lagunitas Harry Eyeball 2013 - This beer is amazing fresh and even better if aged for a year or more.
Dogfish Head 120 Minute 2013 - More of a barleywine than an IPA. Should not drink if less than five years old.
Dogfish Head Worldwide Stout 2013 - Highest alcohol beer upon initial release. Another beer that is suggested to age 5 - 10 years.
Dogfish Head Olde School - Barleywine weighing in at 15% ABV.
Deschutes The Abyss - Best after 8/16/14 on bottle. Any day now.
Deschutes Not The Stoic - Best after 4/22/15 on the bottle.
Great Divide Belgian Style Yeti - Brewed in 2012. Cellared at the brewery. They are in process of building a new brewery & decided it was easier to sell by the case than move to the new brewery. I bought a case of 12 22oz bombers for $25. Best beer purchase of my life.
If you are interested on what was in the fridge, PM me for my Untappd name. I use the wish list to keep inventory.
