Yeah the people piling on is way more that 1 or 2.

If you want further proof just look at any Royce White thread. Dude did nothing but good for ISU BB but people are butt hurt over what he hasn't done in the NBA so they turned on him.

Not everyone is going to be Georges Niang. There are plenty of great former ISU players to root for. Royce had a chance but made bad decision after bad decision. Sorry but next.

It’s actually more of some of his choices Royce has made since he left Iowa State, not that he didn’t turn out in the NBA. For all the good he was bringing awareness to mental health, he couldn’t get out of his own way with some of HIS choices he made.

Bad decision? He stood up for what he believes in. IMO that's not a bad decision that's what people should do. Obviously the NBA wasn't as important to him and it was for some people on the board.

Honestly his personal life is none of my business, but none of that is what is keeping him out of the NBA.

You said Iowa State fans threw him away because his nba career didn’t take off, which is quite a stretch. Most disagree with decisions he’s made off the court. I liked royce at Iowa State and appreciated what he did here, but I have absolutely zero respect for him after countless poor decisions he’s made since leaving.

Any time there is a Royce thread it's always a bunch of people bashing him for his "mental health protocol", while some may have other reasons his lack of NBA production this is the prevailing topic in those threads.

If someone wants to not like him for the deadbeat dad issues, that's legitimate, but the reason cited on this board usually isn't that.

Should be easy to find these posts then right?

CSP has done everything he can to help and encourage him. In fact I bet the greater percentage of coaches out there would have dismissed him by now. I feel bad for him, but at the same time he is hurting the team too.

And I firmly believe Steve cares more than the average coach about a player's personal life.
