weber was here last year.
He did the same thing at Illinois. Took them all the way to the NCAA Championship game with another guy's players, then a steady decline from there.
I think the guy is a good coach. He can coach a team, he just has no idea how to build one.
This was why I thought he was a bad hire at the time, and it is playing out exactly as expected.
Weber definitely cannot recruit. KSU scored 61 points yesterday. Weber's freshmen could only contribute a meager 33 points. Yes, the Cats really miss Frank Martin's recruiting.
