So Gibson wrestled here? I thought he got picked up for public intox this weekend? so was that prior to this and he just didnt travel with the team and wrestled here instead this weekend?

This is an open tourney usually for backups and freshman. I'm not sure Iowa State picks up much of this bill as far as travel and entry fees.

Jones going all the way up to 141 does not seem to be the answer for him. Yikes. Molina and Cozart look good, which bodes well for the future. Gibson dominated, as he should. Hope he can get back in the lineup soon. We could really use some points there, especially as the competition heats up.

Jones is working his way down to 133. It a plan of 2 pounds/week. He will then challenge Cash for the 133 pound spot. That what I heard anyway.

That sounds like a good plan. Is Terukina simply not ready? I was also kind of hoping Goettl could keep the weight off and stay at 133

We might need Jones soon than later as Cash, Mayfield, and Moreno all had concussions out East and failed their initial test to return to the mat.

I think Terukina might get a shot if Jones and Cash aren't ready.
