Kind of torn. I'll gladly take this kind of an upset in March over KU, but want the conference's non-conference season to go well for NCAA tourney prospects.

KU could get a bit of a pass on this game since Azubuike is out. NMSU is a WAC team but they will be a tourney team more than likely. People will always give KU the benefit of he doubt, K State on the other hand....they aren't doing the league any favors.

Kansas really needs Doke in this one. Obviously KU has more NBA talent, but they remind me of us. Lots of young talent that just needs more experience. I think both teams start to figure it out mid to late January.

Big 12 definitely not having the best non conference. I wouldn’t mind KU pulling this one out.

*I didn't even know who was up for it until yesterday. That award loses its 'ness' more and more each year.

KU survives to win by three, looking very average in the process. Didn't guard the 3 line at all.
