That's ignorant. There are plenty of QB's around the country that can perform at the level of either Rohach or Richardson. This position is a big problem right now. Rhoads obviously agrees. But, I'm sure you know more than him. You might want to update your resume and send it in to Pollard.

If they could get the top JuCo QB to come in and start next year you might have a point. They likely can't. I think Rhoads likes his guys a lot more than wasting a scholly on another Jr next year who has absolutely no experience at the Division 1 level.
How often does a JuCo QB come in and instantly fix an entire offense single handedly?
The issues with this offense stem from scheme, playcalling, and Offensive line health. All of those come before QB play. Sam has played well when healthy and with a healthy supporting cast.
I think it's more important to find a better offensive coordinator than to pray that there's a JuCo QB out there that can fix everything by himself.
