Some here are saying it obvious what the
staff's plan is. Just curious why the media isn't reporting what their reporting is based
on. This board has flamed media reports in the past when sources weren't named.
What do you want them to report? They talk to people behind the scenes they're not going to go on the record about something as stupid as potential options for an open scholarship
Ok, so it's better to assume that they are completely full of ****?
Some of the media does have connections that they can't name or reveal all the details for.
And sometimes they just make assumptions based on what they do know.
We'll just have to wait and see what happens.

I mean I guess if you follow recruiting you kind of get an idea of what is an opinion and what has some facts behind it. CW doesn't say this unless he knows something and I don't think he's obligated to say "based on sources" to start the sentence. It's common sense for the most part

We will all find out eventually what the coach's plan was. I too like to speculate, so let's just do that.

he may be available as a grad transfer who knows? Texas is going to have Andrew Jones back which they didn't expect and are oversigned at the moment. Somebody has to leave.
It's too bad it didn't work out. When he committed, I was hoping he could dominate guards inside because of his size, like a poor-mans Kane. Seems like a good kid, I'll be rooting for him wherever he goes.
St. Marys has been outside the top 50 in Kenpom two or three times in the last ten years. Pitt was 64th one year but other than that they hadn't been worse than 28th in Dixons tenure.
You look at anything on Tyler Harris' twitter it is almost all likes about rumors of Penny going to Memphis and what that means for them. We are, more likely than not(if Penny isn't their new coach this changes things), on the outside looking in with him
