Agree. Where did I say that?

I dont necessarily see a winning season either. My concern was with the certainty that was presented.

That's fine. But any prediction here is made with a certain amount of "certainty". Otherwise, isn't one pretty much just saying we'll finish with between 0 and 14 wins?

I would say at least 2 wins......seriously.

Agreed. Maybe more. You could make the argument he's our most important player.

If you gave me the choice between losing Arnaud and Sims, I'd have to think about it and would likely rather lose Arnaud. I feel better about Tiller than I do the depth at safety.

Then we'd be a lesser version of nebraska. Defense is pretty solid ( although not on there level) and a stagnant and awful passing game.

“There were some things recovered that were listed on the search warrant,” Brennan said.

The sealed warrant, “involving an ongoing felony investigation,” according to court records, was issued Wednesday morning.

For us non trial guys means what to me?

from wikipedia:

A person convicted in a court of law of a felony crime is known as a felon. In the United States, where the felony/misdemeanor distinction is still widely applied, the Federal government defines a felony as a crime punishable by death or imprisonment in excess of one year. If punishable by exactly one year or less, it is classified as a misdemeanor.[1]

What a crappy roller coaster ride. First people say there is smoke, then they say it's not a starter, then they say it is a starter, then they say nothing was found when they searched, now they are saying something was found and they are throwing out felony...damn!

If he's guilty (and that's a big if), he probably ended up with a few hundred dollars worth of stolen merchandise. This wouldn't prevent him from being drafted by the NFL, but I'm sure it would adversely impact his draft position and his initial salary to the tune of hundreds of thousands of dollars.

It just makes you shake your head and wonder what was he thinking?
