Iowa gets more per student than ISU or uni. With uni/ISU/Iowa in order of highest percentage of students being from Iowa also. No reason Iowa gets more per student than any other regent university.

This won't happen because if UNI accepts money from another D-1 institution they lose D-1 status. So this is nonsense essentially.
