PSU isn't that great but at least they made free throws when they needed to. Way to go boys.

No, it was at Penn State.

As an aside, tonight's game is part of the reason I want the Big 12 to stay at 10 teams. All of our basketball games are Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday and Saturday. They are all on the ESPN family of networks. I realize that if we sucked we'd be on ESPNNews more than we currently are. But still.

Iowa is a legit (maybe) top 10 team and they've been playing on mostly Thursdays and Sundays on the Big 10 network. Does anyone even watch those games. No one gives a ****. Of course, next year, Iowa will likely be bumped up to the Big Boy networks just in time for them to suck.

Crazy thing is Iowa got every call and still lost. Their defense has been worse than ours lately

Of late, I think we hurt our RPI more than Iowa does.

Yes, because our RPI of 17 is AWFUL.

Can't we all just enjoy a wonderful Iowa loss without bashing our own team?

    2 team comparison

    Team A- 20-6...RPI 15 ish....SOS 40 ish. Vs top 50 (5-5)...vs top 25 (4-4)

    Team B- 18-8..RPI. 13ish....SOS 7th....vs top 50 (7-7)...vs Top 25 (4-4)

Which team would you seed higher if tourney were held today? Oh and Team B plays in the toughest conf in basketball by every metric.

You might be asking the wrong people. Based on a large number of people here, Team B shouldn't even be ranked. Team B is probably on the NCAA bubble. Team B has 8 losses!

Iowa shot 35 FT's and lost? How the **** does a team accomplish that?

Is this the start of Iowa's annual "end of the season collapse"?

Just goes to show you, the rigors of road games regardless what conference you are playing in. Does it make the sting feel better getting beat by Texas Tech in Lubbock feel any better? LOL

Ha Ha, truely Clones are a strange fan base . . . we simultaneously love and hate our own team.
