Pretty crazy claim even for a rivals board, but interesting enough to reach out about. There is NIL money in place but no up front money, at least not from the Iowa side.

Unless X himself shared that with you and kept it secret from people close to him, the claim is inaccurate.
Iowa is definitely offering up front money as is Ohio State. It's OK if you're new to recruiting

I was just informed that the NIL money will play a major factor in Nwankpa's decision. Can't say I blame the young man.

The big thing he is weighing is short term money vs long term money. Iowa will pay more to get his services but ND or Ohio State would provide him with the better opportunity to get to the league and make more money there
