In CA for work and am going to In-N-Out for lunch. What should I get?
A common choice is double-double animal style.
that would be my pick as well. Sounds good.
double double animal style w fries
do not make the fries animal style too, thats too much.
This. I also recommend having the fries animal style
Maybe for a lesser man!
haha suit yourself man
Shake or just a soda?
strawberry shake go all out
Final question: huge Five Guys fan. Is this going to top Five Guys?
Neapolitan Shake and go ALL IN!!
Advice?? Go someplace where you don't have to wait in line (unless you are just going to say that you've been to an In-N-Out Burger). IMO, the food is quite overrated.
Don't think about comparisons. Just think about how delicious it is. The comparisons are for later.
i would go to an in-n-out 10 times outta 10 before Five Guys... and I consider myself a fan of Five Guys.
but then again, I lived in CA roughly 15 years ago
Disagree. It's worth a stop for the novelty, definitely isn't the best burger in the world.
5 guys are gonna go national and you will see them in strip malls almost as common as Jimmy Johns IMO.
In-N-Out seem to enjoy the coast/SW.
I'd take In-N-Out. 5 guys is good, but their fries are on and off disappointing or good. Don't ever get the cajun fries, way too seasoned.
Double double animal style or a 2x4, cheese fries, and a neopolitan shake or a lemon up.
Double-double w/ fries. In-n-out is great but I still would take Steak N Shake over them.
