In order to help us track site related issues and determine the proper course of action, I have created a defect submission tool that will create a new thread in the Bug Tracking and Enhancement Requests forum. Once a defect has been submitted, I will determine the root cause and implement a code fix as quickly as possible.
Please note, not all items may be a defect but will be addressed either one way or another. Items will be worked in order of deemed severity. Please review existing open defect items in the forum prior to reporting a new defect. Once an item has been addressed, the prefix in the thread title will be changed from a red colored "New Bug:" to a green colored "Fixed".
