I'm kind of new to gambling so what's the point on betting on a 1/1 line? I see it all the time

The first number is how much you win relative to the second number, your bet.

1:1 means you win $1 for every $1 you bet. Place a bet for $10, and win $10, meaning you receive $20 (your bet + your winnings).

3:1 means if you bet $10, you'd win $30, for a payout of $40.

1:5 means if you bet $10, you'd win $2, and get paid $12.

I like to put games up about 1-2 days before so the line and over/under get settled. I'm going to put Friday's games, the ISU line and over/under, and the NFL game up here after I get the kids out the door.

An exception to the 1-2 day rule for the football season will be the ISU money line betting. I'll put that up as soon as I see it and edit the odds throughout the week.

Also, I generally won't put up more than 4 or 5 games up at a time as to not flood the forums with Sportsbook posts.

Is there a way to cancel a wager on a team to win outright that was made in error? Example - typed 5000 instead of 500. If not I guess I just hope for the win

I couldn't figure out a way to reverse your bet, but I'm guessing you're OK with the outcome. A way to retract a bet would be a good feature though.

In the future, I can go in and add/subtract from totals if need-be. I'll look into making this easier to do though. Thanks.
