"The alleged incident took place one day after Horton-Tucker scored a team-high 15 points in a 65-60 home win over Texas. He then scored 11 points and grabbed seven rebounds as the Cyclones beat Oklahoma 75-74 in Norman on Feb. 4."

Are you reporting more theft in this post?

The further Prohm coachs north and east in this country the worse fit he is going to be for the culture and players hes going to be recruiting from that area.

Haha, this had to make your month.

Where would you like ISU's basketball players to be from? Flint, MI? Rucker Park area? Matt Thomas was from WI so that's a full load--North AND East of Ames.

I wonder how many 100 or 1000s of dollars in intellectual property theft some of these holier than thou posters on here have commited. I know, that's not real theft because you won't get caught.

Weren't the Prohm haters upset that he was too harsh on Cam? Now they want justice against THT? Their irrationality was kind of funny at first, now I'm just sad for them. But hey, if raging against Steve on here keeps them from kicking their dog at home, I guess the rest of us will just take one for the team.

Well I mean they are idiots so what do you expect?

Its all on display in this thread. We have one guy all but saying Prohm either assaulted or covered up an assault of someone. Another one lobbed a "cultural" fit grenade.

True mental "giants".

Way up there
I have a coworker who used to be security at Wal Mart, she said they typically don't press charges if its under $25 but you are forced to pay restitution. She also said, the employees can't follow a suspected shoplifter beyond the door, they are asked to get as much info as possible and let the person walk out. That could explain why this took so long to sort out

You’re just a snowflake
Ha. Yeah... I am forgetful, as I should have included Cam's buddy, Marty, and his negativity in my list of certainties as well. I thought Marty wanted the most-talented playing no matter what, so would have thought he'd have laughed off this for THT. Maybe I'm confusing Marty & jereseib... or, are they the same person?

Stealing something worth 17 bucks at Wal Mart? Probably the biggest rebel we've had in a Cyclone uniform since this guy:

Except by the end of the whole criminal process Wal Mart would have owed Scottie 17 bucks.

Doesn't 5th degree misdemeanor theft basically mean you thought about shoplifting something?

I wondered what 5th degree entails, too lazy to do the research. I assume 5th is the lowest level for misdemeanor charge. If not, and let's say 5th degree is "thought about shoplifting," 6th degree would be, what, maybe dreaming it happened?
