What was that you said about the Big 12? Oh yeah, you said over rated. Why would you tweet something like that when the league was 2 and 2 (now 3-2). No one ever said the Big 12 was great this year anyway so why say it was over rated?

Big 12 anticipated a down year this year compared to years past. Turns out a down year in the big 12 is still pretty darn solid. Next year is going to be a beast, especially if Texas gets a coach that gets the players to play to their star ratings.

He is king of the typical Iowa Hawkeye fans. Doesn't live in Iowa, and didn't go to Iowa.

Must suck knowing Nebraska is the one carrying the flag for them.

The funny thing is Jon seems to forget that Baylor lost to UCF who lost by 3 to a South Carolina team that beat a little 10 team in their bowl game.

Wisconsin 24
S. Carolina 34

They also beat a very good Louisville team who's QB will be the #1 draft pick in the NFL draft.

I know these are "excuses" to him, but a little research on this UCF team would explain some things.

Not an attack...but good grief, Hawkeye fans wonder where we come up with these stereotypes...

Its not stereotype if its true.

It's really too bad, because if the topic is not the Hawks (or ISU for that matter) or the Big 10 he can be pretty reasonable and thoughtful. When talking Hawks his emotions get in the way and he says stupid stuff and can't reason his way out of a wet paper bag. There's nothing wrong with doing what he does, as long as he doesn't expect people to take him seriously as some sort of analyst.

How much does it suck that aTm came back against Duke? The "sportswriting" about which conference is the best would've been amusing.

UCF also beat Pedo State. Very sound football team, but Baylor still **** the bed.

Isn't he originally from west branch or something like that? Wouldn't that be like being an Iowa State fan from Slater? And I'm not sure but ibthink he just recently left the state. Was he supposed to jump on at orange power.com or some boomer sooner website? As the stereotype goes, the only thing he didn't do was apparently attend Iowa. I hate Iowa as much as the next guy, but give it up. Jon is a family man that loves his team. I may be mistaken but Cyclone Fanatics very own Sales guy, Adam Gray, did not attend Iowa state. Should we call him out? Williams grew up a hawk fan, how about him? Calling Jon Miller a typical hawk fan is dumb it is quite annoying.
