That’s the biggest little mistake he’s ever made.
Does his endless pursuit of a program that has passion for basketball finally end in Reno?

If Steve Alford is somewhere where I won't hear much about him at all I'm good.
he gets alot of grief but he's the best coach iowa has had in a longtime
The last decent coach Iowa had. Horrible human being but a much better coach than Lickliter and Fran
Jest all you want, Fran has won thrice the tournament games as Alford.
Both are **** people though
Always heard stories from my Iowa City connections while Alford was coaching there.

Steve was attending the Final Four festivities at the conclusion of his last season @ Iowa, w/ asst. Craig Nealy. Steve was actually there negotiating his new New Mexico contract and interviewing prospects/future assistants for his new job.
Steve then tried to submit his 'Final Four weekend' expense report to the U of Iowa athletic dept. upon his return to IC, for reimbursement !!
